Our 3 step bespoke process
Step 1
Fill out our Request your Bespoke Appointment form to get in touch with our master jeweller & designer. In the form, tell us a little bit about yourself (or who the piece is for) and, if you have any, share with us some of your ideas. Once we get back to you, we will organise appointments to discuss in further detail your final bespoke design and provide you with updated quotes along the way. This step can take as long as you need it to and is completely free. Our team understands the importance of creating a piece that is a reflection of you - an heirloom to be worn for a lifetime. These appointments can be made via email, Skype or in our Bendigo studio for local clients.
Step 2
Once your design has been finalised, we will provide you with a wide range of stones for you to choose from. Our master jewellers will talk you through the details of each stone along with a care guide to ensure that your chosen stone fits your lifestyle. This step is where your dream piece really starts to come together. A final confirmation of order (including design, centre stone, quote and due date) will be required along with a 50% deposit of the total quote so we can secure your chosen stone.
Step 3
A final confirmation of order (including design, centre stone, quote and due date) is required along a 50% deposit of the total quote so we can secure your chosen stone.
